Is your shipping really discreet? 

Yes! At LoveCubby, we guarantee discreet shipping and privacy on all ordersWe pack your new toys in plain envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The package will only display your mailing address and ours -- our company info is not on the package.  See more info about our discreet shipping here:


Where's my order?

If your order has not arrived when you expected it, shucks, we're sorry.

If you're in the US, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. You can use order tracking through your account to find out where it's at!  Simply login to your account to access your order and tracking information.

What if I haven't created an account?  You can create an account using the email address provided in your order. Once you confirm your email address (through a link we will email you), you will have access to any past orders made with that email address. 

You will also have received a tracking number in your order dispatch email. Review that email for your tracking number. (It should be the second email you received from us after your completed your order).

My toy isn't working! How do I return an item?

That really sucks -- we're so sorry about that!  If you receive a defective product, we will happily replace it within 30 days of the purchase date. We will accept defective product returns with a return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting LoveCubby first. Once we hear about the issue, we will issue the number for a smooth return and replacement process.
